I have often helped my peers by solving their doubts. Being a Programming Coach allows me to do the same more efficiently for my juniors. This opportunity has also made me understand that a lot of learning and planning comes before teaching to ensure the right knowledge is imparted most effectively. I feel this is a great way to share and gain knowledge by discussions with both students and other PCs and mentors. In other words, for me, it is more of a learning experience than a teaching opportunity. If someone learns something from me then it will be a bonus.
